Terms of service

The basic rules for creating an account and using the ReachOut platform responsibly.

Last updated 12 August 2026

Using ReachOut

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use ReachOut only for lawful business purposes. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for their members, configuration, integrations, and data exports.

Email and analytics responsibilities

You may send email or collect analytics only where you have a lawful basis and the notices, permissions, and unsubscribe mechanisms required for your audience. You must not send spam, attempt unauthorized tracking, upload unlawfully obtained lists, or use ReachOut to deceive, harass, exploit, or harm people.

Plans, usage, and payment

Current plans and included usage are described on the pricing page. Email sending is available on Pro and Max and its limits apply per organization. Plan changes, taxes, billing intervals, and cancellation details are shown before purchase. We may protect service stability by rate-limiting abusive or unexpectedly high usage.

Your data and our software

You retain rights in the customer data and content you submit. You authorize ReachOut and its service providers to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Reach Out Labs retains rights in the ReachOut software, documentation, brand, and platform-generated materials, excluding your underlying customer data.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep ReachOut reliable, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. We may suspend access to protect users, the platform, or third parties, or when these terms are materially breached. Contact us before closing an account if you need an export of customer data.
