Is there a free tier?
Yes. Starter is free forever — 200 emails / month, 100 MCP tool calls / month, and 40 insight generations / month. Email verification is required; no credit card.
What counts as an MCP tool call?
Every invocation of a tool exposed by the ReachOut MCP server — for example contacts.list, segments.resolve, or campaigns.send. Internal retries caused by network errors do not count against your allowance.
What happens when I exceed included usage?
Usage is tracked internally and surfaced in Activity and Settings. Operations are not blocked automatically; volume above the included limits is added to the next billing cycle.
Can I buy more seats?
Yes. Pro is $20 per seat per month and Max is $100 per seat per month. Each seat gets full console, CLI, and MCP access.
Do you offer annual billing?
Pro and Max are billed monthly by default. Contact hello@usereachout.com for annual or custom agreements.
Where is my data stored?
All data management is GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU, served globally from the edge. Reach Out Labs GmbH operates under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR. Data residency can be pinned to a specific EU region on Enterprise.
Do you have an SLA?
Pro inherits the platform's standard availability guarantees. Enterprise includes a written SLA, SSO, audit-log export, and dedicated per-tenant infrastructure.
How do I cancel?
Click Manage Billing in the Studio and cancel in one click. We do not pro-rate refunds, but your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
