Data processing addendum

How to obtain the contractual data-processing terms and supporting information for your ReachOut organization.

Last updated 12 August 2026

Request the signed DPA

ReachOut customers can request a data processing addendum covering the controller-processor relationship, documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, assistance with data-subject requests, incident cooperation, audits, and deletion or return of data.

Email hello@usereachout.comfrom an organization owner or authorized signatory. Include the legal entity name and billing country.

International transfers

The signed addendum identifies the transfer mechanism applicable to the customer and selected services. Where appropriate, that may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with completed annexes and any Swiss adaptations. A generic website link does not replace the executed agreement between the parties.

See the European Commission's SCC guidance.

Supporting information

The request process can also provide the current subprocessor list, processing categories, retention criteria, technical and organizational measures, and a contact for privacy or security assessments. Review the public privacy notice andsecurity overview first.

This page summarizes the DPA process. It is not itself the executed addendum and does not replace a document signed by both parties.
